COVID-19 Waiver, Release, and Indemnification
I waive, release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its members and managers, its licensors, and each such party’s parent organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, Users, employees, attorneys, and agents from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) arising from or in any way related to the Service and Application, or services provided to me by Users and Sitters, specifically including liability, claims, damages or personal injury related to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease. All capitalized terms are defined in the legal agreement between me and the Company entitled Agreement of Terms and Conditions for Families.
